If you have received news that your order has been sent, you can see where it is with the Tracking number that is notified to you from the screen here.

For money transfer, please pay in EUR or USD.

Due to the economic uncertainties in our country, money transfers made in Turkish Lira currency for a certain period of time will not be accepted.



Shipping and Return Policy

At DrXantia, we are committed to bringing you the most innovative products of the highest quality. We know that what's important to you is the excellent products combined with really attentive service.

If you are concerned about a DrXantia product, a missing or damaged order, or your experience, we expect you to contact us.

Our study hours (with Turkey Time) Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, we're at the office. You can send us an e-mail or contact us at any time. Please share your order confirmation number (if applicable) to speed up your request. We are busy from time to time, but we are trying to return within 1 business day at the latest.

Please wait 2-3 business days for your online order to be processed. If your order is placed after 14:00, it will be sent to you on the next business day. Once your order has been sent, the tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided during the payment.

Shipping costs for overseas shipments belong to the buyer. The cost of transport is automatically calculated on the basis of Euro and is valid for 1 kg.
The additional cost incurred in products over 1 kg will be notified to the buyer and will be requested to pay if agreed.
In submissions made abroad from Turkey, it may vary according to the distance of the country while transport and customs regulations.
DrXantia shall not be liable for any additional costs and expenses incurred in the buyer's country.

Please note: During peak holiday periods, we may need an additional business day to send your tracking information and send your order.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept the products you have purchased from our website at DrXantia.com, within 15 days of receiving the package without opening and using the shipping shipping fee.

As the products will be sent to you in full, we request that you return it to us, including the written documents, and do not leave any missing material.

If your DrXantia is defective or damaged during transportation, please accept our apology. After receipt of the returned product, we will be happy to refund you with a credit to your original payment method.

If your DrXantia products are purchased from a third-party vendor, we ask them to be returned to the point of sale with respect.

Please note: DrXantia offers the best price for all orders. In this direction, the return process is also covered by the buyer.

How To Return An Order.

Please use original packaging if possible.

Please include the return form and the item (s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packaging materials to minimize damage to the product (s). Please remove any other labels that were pasted when they were sent to you.

For your safety and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return by PTT or insured PTT Parcel Mail and keep your receipt for your records.

Please note: DrXantia is not responsible for return postage, insurance cost or items lost or not delivered.

The duration of the return transactions is usually 7-14 business days from the time the package is returned to us.

After we receive your return shipment, we'll send you an email confirmation to let you know that we've received your package and that we've processed your refund.

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the product (s) - plus taxes paid, discounts, discounts, credits or reimbursements previously provided in connection with the purchase. If applicable, the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
